The Basic 10

These videos explain and demonstrate the mat Pilates Basic 10 exercises. These were called the Basic 10 because all other exercises Joseph Pilates created derive from at least one of these exercises. Control, Concentration, Flowing Movement, Breathing, and Precision are the cornerstone of Joseph Pilates’ form of exercise.
