Is getting ready to go to the gym enough of a pain for you to stop exercising on a regular basis? Have you ever calculated the time it takes for you to drive to and from wherever you exercise? How about gas money and wear-and-tear on your vehicle?
Have you ever wondered what you could do with all that time it takes for you to get ready, travel to and from the gym or studio? What if you could erase that from the equation?

You can. It’s called Pilates sessions via FaceTime. I created the option for people committed to Pilates training. They can do it from home, their office, wherever they are — and wherever I am.
I recently moved from Michigan to North Carolina. I closed my studio and kept my business open because I offer Pilates sessions via FaceTime. I didn’t physically take my clients with me, but they didn’t miss a beat during or after the move.
One of my clients puts her cell phone on the smallest tripod you can buy and moves it once or twice during our sessions as we transition from work on the floor to using a wall or a door. Another connects me to her tv screen because she wants to be able to see every move I make as I demonstrate. It’s a beautiful thing to witness the creativity my clients have as they set up whatever supports them.
So, the next time you skip the studio or gym because you don’t have time to take a shower first, fix your hair or even brush your teeth, think about Pilates via FaceTime. I’m right here, on the other side of whichever device you choose to use.
If you’ve never done Pilates before or need to get to know me a bit before you commit, I offer a half hour, FREE consult call to anyone wanting to know more about what I do, how I do it, and the results Pilates produces for people, regardless of their age, limitations or goals.
