Would you like a free Pilates consult from a trainer? Maybe you’ve been thinking about Pilates training but haven’t done anything about it yet. Maybe you’ve watched a few videos, but they left you uncertain.
Well, I’m traveling by car from North Carolina to Michigan and back and will be stopping along the way to give free consults to anyone interested in a free Pilates consult.
Sometimes people want to meet someone before deciding to commit to something. I’m very much the same way. In fact, I like to be able to see my clients that train almost exclusively via FaceTime face-to-face at least twice a year.
Connecting via FaceTime once, twice, or even three times a week is extraordinarily valuable for them, but I do like to do what I call “putting my hands on” them every several months. I am able to give them direction during our FT sessions, but it’s good to check in on them in person to help them tighten their moves.
My clients are able to be more consistent with their training by taking advantage of sessions I offer via FT. Since I’m able to see them (and they can see me), I can tell them to make adjustments as small as a quarter of an inch, so they make the most of every move and avoid strain or injury.
Although I still do consistent, in-person sessions with clients, FT sessions have become wildly popular. It all began when a client within a 40-minute drive (on dry roads) had to cancel a few sessions because of winter road conditions. She had been using FT, Skype and Zoom for business and suggested we try it for Pilates. I was comfortable with it and have found it serves clients who now are many states away from me. In fact, many clients in Michigan remain regular clients even though I moved to North Carolina more than a year ago.
I am embarking on another of my road trips from NC to MI as of Tuesday, February 19. I’ll be traveling the route anyone from either of those states would know. I’m scheduling stops along the way and planning to be in Michigan for 10 days.
If you or someone you know would be interested in having an in-person consultation to determine whether Pilates is a good fit — and how training via FaceTime works, please call text me at: (231) 944-9948.
If you’d like to talk to me about what I do and how I’ve helped clients in their teens, 20s and all the way into their 70s, and how I can help you, please check out my website and contact me.
